Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Customer Service Instructional Designer will create and maintain diverse learning materials, including e-learning courses and blended learning, while collaborating with various teams to ensure training accuracy and effectiveness.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop self-paced, instructor-led, virtual instructor-led, and blended learning materials
- Own and maintain assigned courses and training programs, managing updates and quality checks
- Translate complex information into clear instructional content with measurable objectives and assessments
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Instructional Design, Adult Learning, Education, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Experience designing and developing adult learning using Articulate Rise or similar tools
- Knowledge of instructional design models, learning objectives, and accessibility practices
- Ability to analyze complex source material and collaborate effectively with subject matter experts
- Strong writing, editing, and project organization skills
