Job Summary
Designing and developing engaging learning content, the full-time remote Instructional Designer will collaborate with subject matter experts to create instructional materials and business process documentation using adult learning theory for both instructor-led and e-learning training.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop training materials, including participant workbooks, facilitator guides, and eLearning scripts
- Support multiple projects by meeting timelines and providing project progress updates
- Conduct instructional analysis to assess learning needs and evaluate the effectiveness of training materials
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in curriculum development, education, organizational development, instructional design, or technical writing, or four years of relevant work experience
- Two years of experience in writing business processes and designing curriculum for instructor-led and web-based training
- Familiarity with Camtasia and Articulate Storyline software
- Industry certifications in instructional design or curriculum development are preferred
- Experience with learning management system (LMS) architecture in a corporate environment is preferred
