Instructional Designer
Job Summary
Collaborating with faculty and staff, the full-time remote Instructional Designer will design, develop, and support high-quality online and hybrid courses, ensuring quality assurance and alignment with instructional design principles.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and execute course design and development projects for graduate and undergraduate courses
- Assess and enhance course design to meet institutional quality standards and student success objectives
- Provide consultation to faculty on instructional design principles and develop faculty training materials
Required qualifications
- Master's Degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of three years of experience in designing and developing technology-based instructional materials
- Experience implementing quality standards in online course development
- Proficiency with eLearning development tools such as Articulate products and Adobe Captivate
- Familiarity with web-based learning management systems, preferably Blackboard
