Instructional Designer
Job Summary
Designing and delivering engaging online training programs, the full-time remote Instructional Designer will collaborate with subject matter experts and the Training & Content Team to simplify complex technical content into effective learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build interactive online training courses and promotional videos focused on compliance topics in the automotive industry
- Assist with multimedia production, including audio, video, and image editing for training purposes
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality and meeting deadlines
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in instructional design, communications design, or a related field
- 1.5+ years of experience in instructional design, learning and development, or related areas
- Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise)
- Experience designing interactive online learning, including scenario-based training
- Familiarity with eLearning standards such as SCORM or xAPI
