Job Summary
To build creative and innovative training solutions, the remote Instructional Designer will develop engaging training materials, including course content and e-learning, while collaborating with team members and clients to meet specific learning objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Create new training solutions, including written course content and e-learning materials
- Develop quality training materials based on the ADDIE model of instructional design
- Consult with clients and subject matter experts to identify training needs and best practices
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in instructional design, instructional technology, technical writing, or a related field
- Minimum of three years of experience in instructional design or equivalent academic and work experience
- In-depth knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory
- Proven ability to develop a variety of learning tools, including instructional storyboards and e-learning
- Strong analytical skills to convert information into effective training materials
