Key responsibilities
- Design and develop microlearning courses for a learning management system rollout
- Translate existing procedures into effective training content while adhering to established guidelines
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess learning needs and deliver high-quality instructional materials
Required qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline
- Experience in developing online training and microlearning courses
- Proficiency in eLearning content design and development
- Familiarity with Adobe Captivate and Learning Management System administration
- Ability to quickly learn new technology and complex subject matter
