Instructional Designer

Job Summary

To support the growth of the organization, an experienced Instructional Designer will create engaging learning experiences, including e-learning modules and instructor-led training, while working remotely and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop a variety of learning experiences, such as e-learning modules, onboarding programs, and assessments
• Manage the entire lifecycle of learning content from concept through development and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with various teams to create training for new products and processes, ensuring cultural relevance for U.S. audiences

Required Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in Instructional Design or a similar role
• Hands-on experience developing training content for U.S. audiences
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies
• Proficiency with modern instructional design and multimedia tools
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams while independently managing projects
