Instructional Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer for a temporary contract position in the Learning & Development field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team members to design and develop impactful learning materials for independent agents
• Manage specific learning programs and ensure on-time delivery of effective learning experiences
• Analyze data and metrics to improve learning materials and meet key performance indicators

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in training curriculum design or related field
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or relevant program
• Experience using eLearning authoring tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong portfolio showcasing development strategies and techniques
• Ability to effectively plan, lead, and participate in virtual meetings
