Job Summary

Developing engaging learning experiences, the full-time Instructional Designer Analyst will create web-based, instructor-led, blended, and virtual training solutions while working remotely and collaborating with client subject matter experts to meet learning objectives.

Key responsibilities:

• Designing various learning solutions aligned with client objectives
• Translating learning objectives and source materials into effective instructional content
• Delivering instructional design projects on time and within budget while ensuring alignment with best practices

Required qualifications:

• Experience applying instructional design principles across multiple formats
• Ability to collaborate with subject matter experts to develop learning materials
• Proficiency in organizing complex information into clear learning paths
• Experience managing multiple projects and timelines effectively
