Instructional Designer and LMS Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer & LMS Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and revise engaging eLearning courses using various tools
• Manage and update courses within the Learning Management System (LMS)
• Assist with learning data collection and perform quality assurance reviews

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in instructional design and LMS administration
• Proficient in Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, and Adobe Captivate
• Experience managing content and users in a major LMS
• Strong understanding of SCORM and eLearning publishing standards
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
