Instructional Designer and Producer

Job Summary

An organization is seeking an Instructional Designer (Contractor) for their Sales Academy department.

Responsibilities:

• Capture expertise from internal and customer subject matter experts to create e-learning courses
• Advance the e-learning system and journey, driving innovation and new ways of educating customers
• Collaborate with other team members to build role-based training journeys and provide support

Qualifications:

• Prior experience developing visually engaging video tutorials and interactive e-learning courses for external customers in a high-growth SaaS company
• Proficiency in digital media production software and rapid e-learning production tools
• Ability to work with subject matter experts and leverage web conferencing tools for content creation
• Experience managing multiple projects with different stakeholders
