Instructional Designer, CA Licensed
Job Summary
To support training initiatives, the fully remote Instructional Designer, CA Licensed will develop instructor-led training courses, define learning objectives, and collaborate with engineering teams over a 4-5 month contract.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with engineering teams to conceptualize training design and content
- Define learning objectives, course structure, and assessments while developing instructional materials
- Conduct meetings with subject matter experts for content review and validation, incorporating feedback into deliverables
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in developing instructor-led and eLearning courseware
- Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies
- Very strong task analysis knowledge and capability
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Word
- Ability to manage multiple development efforts simultaneously
