Instructional Designer - Casualty Claims

Job Summary

To support the design and development of an innovative learning program, the fully remote Instructional Designer - Casualty Claims will create engaging adult-learning experiences that enhance claim judgment, negotiation effectiveness, and customer communication skills while collaborating with business partners and subject matter experts.

Key Responsibilities

• Designs and delivers learning offerings aligned with business and enterprise strategy as part of an agile team
• Maintains a catalog of offerings and recommends content to meet business unit and enterprise needs
• Measures learning effectiveness and provides actionable coaching to improve learner understanding

Required Qualifications

• Experience in instructional design, particularly in creating blended learning solutions
• Proficiency with learning technology tools such as Articulate Rise, Storyline, and Camtasia
• Strong knowledge of casualty or injury claims within the insurance industry
• Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design best practices
• Ability to create measurable learning objectives and evaluation strategies
