Instructional Designer/Developer
Job Summary
To support a major enterprise transformation initiative, the part-time contract Instructional Designer/Developer will design and develop engaging learning solutions, including eLearning and performance-support materials, for a large client in the events and experiential services industry, working remotely with a focus on software implementations and process changes.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging learning solutions for software implementations and business process transitions
- Create eLearning, job aids, simulations, and other performance-support materials to facilitate employee adaptation to new systems
- Translate complex technical processes into clear, learner-friendly content while collaborating with SMEs and project teams
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on Instructional Design/Development experience
- Experience designing learning for software implementations and technical environments
- Strong experience creating eLearning and performance-support materials
- Ability to work with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a changing project environment
