Instructional Designer, ELA

Job Summary

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the remote Instructional Designer, ELA/SLA will develop digital curriculum assets, manage content creation, and contribute to product development processes in a project-based role with an end date of 4/30/2027.

Key responsibilities

• Design, storyboard, and develop digital curriculum assets, including videos and interactive content
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee project workflows to ensure timely delivery of content
• Conduct user testing and provide informal training to associate instructional designers

Required qualifications

• 1 - 3 years of experience in digital content development for educational materials
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Technology, Instructional Design, or a related field
• Experience with authoring tools, learning management systems, and content management systems
• Ability to manage multiple projects within tight deadlines and budgets
• Bilingual skills, with Spanish preferred, and previous K-5 teaching experience is a plus
