Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer, ELA/SLA.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop instructional materials and digital curriculum assets for Literacy programs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product requirements and schedules are met
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee the quality assurance of digital content

Required Qualifications

• 1 - 3 years of experience in digital content development for teaching and learning materials
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Technology, Instructional Design, or related field
• Experience managing multiple projects within tight deadlines and budgets
• Familiarity with authoring tools, learning management systems, and content management systems
• Bilingual skills, with Spanish preferred
