Instructional Designer ELA/SLA

Job Summary

To support the development of innovative educational resources, the remote Instructional Designer ELA/SLA will create digital curriculum assets, manage project workflows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance literacy programs.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop digital curriculum assets such as videos, eBooks, and interactive content through a UBD process
• Manage project workflows, including vendor coordination and quality assurance of digital content
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product requirements and project schedules are met

Required qualifications

• 1 - 3 years of experience in digital content development for teaching and learning materials
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Technology, Instructional Design, or a related field
• Experience with authoring tools, learning management systems, and content management systems
• Fluency in English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Previous K-5 teaching experience is a plus
