Instructional Designer (eLearning)

Job Summary

Seeking an innovative Instructional Designer (eLearning) for a temporary, fully remote position that focuses on designing and developing engaging skill-based eLearning courses to enhance employee performance and align with organizational goals.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct job and task analyses to define learning objectives and identify training solutions
• Collaborate with Program Managers and Subject Matter Experts to develop comprehensive training curricula
• Design and develop new training programs using advanced instructional design principles and adult learning theory

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years of instructional design experience
• Experience designing training for complex subject matter across various delivery modalities
• Proficiency with course authoring tools and eLearning development software
• Strong project management skills
• Familiarity with design methodologies such as ADDIE and SAM
