Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer/Facilitator.

Key Responsibilities

Manage learning through effective facilitation processes and curriculum delivery
Collaborate with global L&D partners to align learning with strategic business needs
Design and create activities and content to support the curriculum and enhance the learner experience

Required Qualifications

Minimum 3 years' experience as a learning Facilitator or HR Business Partner
Hands-on experience with Learning Management Software (LMS)
Ability to create an inclusive learning environment
Technically savvy with a passion for digital learning
Ability to complete the full training cycle from assessment to evaluation
