Instructional Designer for Tutoring

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tutoring Instructional Designer (Contractor).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality onboarding modules for literacy and math tutors using authoring tools
• Apply evidence-based instructional design principles to create effective training content
• Review and update existing training materials and collaborate with subject-matter experts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Curriculum and Instruction, Instructional Design, or related field
• 3+ years of instructional design experience focused on asynchronous adult learning
• Proven experience in K-8 literacy instruction and knowledge of the Science of Reading
• Hands-on experience with authoring and video editing tools
• Proficiency in Google Suite and experience with AI productivity tools
