Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to support government clients in higher education.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with staff on instructional strategies and course design

Required Qualifications

• MA/MS degree in instructional design or a relevant professional discipline
• 5+ years of experience in instructional design and technology in higher education
• Experience working with faculty to design academic content in remote settings
• Understanding of adult learning theories, particularly in STEM disciplines
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse faculty
