Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer Level 1.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop curriculum that integrates biblical principles and meets quality standards for adult and graduate programs
• Collaborate with academic teams to design, develop, and evaluate instructional strategies for course development
• Ensure compliance with guidelines such as fair use, copyright, and accessibility in all course materials

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited university
• Two to three years of instructional design experience preferred
• Experience with online learning platforms and multimedia development tools preferred
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications required
• Commitment to stay current in the field of instructional design and development
