Instructional Designer I

Job Summary

Designing and developing impactful learning solutions, the full-time remote Instructional Designer I will create eLearning courses and training documents for an enterprise-wide audience while collaborating with Subject Matter Experts and applying effective learning methodologies.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and deliver engaging eLearning and educational resources
• Develop course outlines and related documents throughout the design and development phases
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to implement courses and instructional resources

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Business, Education, Communications, or a related field
• 1+ years of professional instructional design experience
• Proficiency in Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise) and experience in Camtasia
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Ability to provide samples demonstrating proficiency in Articulate 360
