Instructional Designer I

Job Summary

Transforming complex registration and compliance content into engaging learning materials, the remote Instructional Designer I will design and develop instructor-led, virtual, and eLearning training assets while collaborating with subject matter experts to standardize curriculum for national program expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop various training materials, ensuring alignment with adult learning principles
• Collaborate with internal SMEs to gather and validate content, organizing it into cohesive curriculum
• Build and maintain standardized templates and frameworks to support scalable learning programs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field
• Experience with eLearning development tools such as Articulate Rise or Storyline
• Knowledge of instructional design best practices and adult learning principles
• Ability to synthesize complex information into learner-friendly formats
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and content development workflows
