Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer II to create and deliver impactful learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to identify learning needs and recommend learning modalities
• Design and develop various learning solutions, including instructor-led training, virtual training, and eLearning modules
• Mentor junior instructional designers and support continuous improvement of learning programs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 6-8 years of experience in instructional design or a related field
• Advanced experience with eLearning and video development tools
• Proficiency with graphic design and audio tools
• Strong experience in conducting needs assessments and project management
