Job Summary
Collaborating with faculty and team members, the full-time Instructional Designer II will develop and implement high-quality online courses while establishing course development standards and conducting quality assurance reviews in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Establishes course development standards and quality review metrics in collaboration with senior staff and faculty
- Creates and organizes adult learning-oriented online course content and coordinates the production of instructional materials
- Mentors Instructional Designers I and facilitates course approval and review processes
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in education, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field
- Experience in developing online courses and instructional materials
- Knowledge of Learning Management Systems, preferably Canvas
- Ability to collaborate effectively with faculty and team members
- Experience in quality assurance processes for educational content
