Instructional Designer III

Job Summary

Leading the design and development of enterprise learning solutions, the full-time remote Instructional Designer III will conduct needs analysis, create instructional materials, and advise stakeholders on best practices to enhance learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end instructional design for complex learning solutions, ensuring alignment with business outcomes
• Conduct audience and performance needs analysis to define measurable objectives and success metrics
• Design and develop a variety of instructional materials, including eLearning and performance support resources

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, learning sciences, or a related field
• Seven years of training and development experience, including five years in curriculum development
• Experience with authoring tools such as Storyline, Camtasia, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Proven ability to independently lead complex learning projects and consult with stakeholders
• Preferred certification in learning industry design or accessibility/inclusive design practices
