Instructional Designer Lead

Job Summary

To enhance customized training materials, the contract-based Instructional Designer Lead will develop training strategies, partner with stakeholders, and define the scope of training while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develops training strategies aligned with the overall Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategy
• Collaborates with IT and Business Sponsors to identify necessary skills and behaviors for user adoption
• Defines the scope of training, determining the need for formal training versus job aids and quick reference guides

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with a minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design or web design
• Alternatively, a minimum of 6 years of experience in instructional design or web design
• Experience with performance improvement initiatives
• Familiarity with AI-Clip Champ is a plus
