Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer/Learning and Development Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop innovative learning solutions and VA Implementation Resources related to clinical mental health and legislative implementation topics
• Create interactive and engaging learning materials for in-person, virtual, and online classroom environments
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and create content that matches instructional end goals

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of instructional design experience
• Experience with instructional strategy and design methodologies for adult learners
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and instructional design tools
• Authorized to work in the U.S
