Job Summary

To support innovative science programs, the remote Instructional Designer, Science will design and develop digital curriculum assets, manage content workflows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance learning experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging digital curriculum assets such as e-books, assessments, and simulations using instructional models
• Review content storyboards and authoring guidelines to ensure alignment with product requirements and maintain instructional effectiveness
• Lead digital content workflows and manage vendor relationships to optimize curriculum structure and delivery

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Instructional Technology, Instructional Design, Education Technology, or a related field
• 2 - 5 years of experience in digital content development for teaching and learning materials
• Proficiency in authoring tools and Learning Management System (LMS) platforms
• Experience using data and user research insights to improve learning experiences
• Previous teaching experience in science is preferred
