Job Summary
To support innovative science programs, the remote Instructional Designer, Science will design and develop digital curriculum assets, manage content workflows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance learning experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging digital curriculum assets such as e-books, assessments, and simulations using instructional models
- Review content storyboards and authoring guidelines to ensure alignment with product requirements and maintain instructional effectiveness
- Lead digital content workflows and manage vendor relationships to optimize curriculum structure and delivery
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Instructional Technology, Instructional Design, Education Technology, or a related field
- 2 - 5 years of experience in digital content development for teaching and learning materials
- Proficiency in authoring tools and Learning Management System (LMS) platforms
- Experience using data and user research insights to improve learning experiences
- Previous teaching experience in science is preferred
