Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer - SFDC.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage training materials and track progress with stakeholders
• Conduct instructor-led training sessions and ensure participant preparedness
• Gather feedback on training effectiveness and support long-term tool adoption

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a Program Manager, preferably with Agile methodologies
• Background in training on systems, particularly SFDC, and experience with sales teams
• Knowledge in adult learning, instructional design, and design thinking
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and Google Suite
