Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer Specialist II.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct needs assessments and recommend course topics based on identified gaps
• Research and organize instructional materials and course content, ensuring accuracy and relevance
• Collaborate with internal teams and subject matter experts to enhance course development and implementation

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Master's degree with two years of relevant experience or Bachelor's degree with four years of appropriate experience
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of adult learning theory and continuing education
• Understanding of various learning design models
• Experience in Nursing/Allied Health/Health Sciences Education preferred
