Instructional Designer Trainer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer/Trainer for a national remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with subject matter experts and customer leadership to identify learning needs
• Design and develop instructor-led and self-paced learning solutions
• Deliver classroom (virtual) learning experiences and coach employees towards enhanced performance

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in designing/developing learning content or delivering classroom learning experiences
• Demonstrated ability utilizing Microsoft Office tools for developing learning solutions
• Experience working within the Healthcare industry is preferred
• Experience with project management tasks and managing learning content within a Learning Management System (LMS)
• Ability to use tools like Articulate 360, Camtasia, Microsoft Teams, and/or Point for developing learning solutions
