Instructional Designer Trainer

Job Summary

To support the development of engaging educational materials, the fully remote Trainer in Instructional Content will design and deliver effective training programs while collaborating with healthcare domain experts and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop innovative storyboards, courses, and instructional materials including assessments and quizzes
• Collaborate with graphic designers and developers to ensure the quality and consistency of learning content
• Conduct skill needs analysis and gain approvals from stakeholders for learning solutions

Required qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience as a Content Writer and Instructional Designer
• Any graduate degree or diploma
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles
• Experience with learning management systems and virtual classroom software
• Excellent written communication skills for creating instructional text and design documents
