Instructional Designer Trainer

Job Summary

Working fully remote, the Trainer in Instructional Content will design and deliver effective training programs, creating engaging educational materials while collaborating with healthcare domain experts and design teams to ensure alignment with learning objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop innovative storyboards, courses, and instructional materials, including assessments and quizzes
• Collaborate with graphic designers and developers to ensure the quality and consistency of learning content
• Interact with healthcare domain experts to review and finalize content, incorporating their feedback into design documents

Required qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience as a Content Writer and Instructional Designer
• Any Graduate or Diploma
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles
• Experience with learning management systems and virtual classroom software
• Excellent written communication skills, including the ability to create effective instructional text and materials
