Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer.

Key Responsibilities

• Researches, designs, develops, edits, and maintains instructional content across multiple modalities
• Collaborates with subject matter experts to create educational content aligned with business performance goals
• Facilitates training classes and manages training projects of varying complexity

Required Qualifications

• 1 to 5 years of experience in training design and development
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles
• Experience with eLearning content authoring tools and learning management systems
• Certification in Epic Systems Curriculum within six months of employment, if applicable
