Instructional Designer with Public Trust

Job Summary

To support government initiatives, the full-time remote Instructional Designer with Public Trust will design, develop, and maintain high-quality online learning experiences for Head Start and Early Childhood Education professionals using Articulate Rise 360 and Moodle Workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging, accessible online courses based on SME content and adult learning principles
• Manage the iPD course catalog, ensuring content accuracy, organization, and compliance with educational standards
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define learning objectives and validate course content, while conducting quality assurance testing for accessibility and functionality

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Educational Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of ten years of relevant professional experience in instructional design
• Hands-on experience developing courses in Articulate Rise 360 and using Moodle or similar LMS
• Proficiency in creating accessible, self-paced online learning tailored for adult learners
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
