Job Summary
To support government initiatives, the full-time remote Instructional Designer with Public Trust will design, develop, and maintain high-quality online learning experiences for Head Start and Early Childhood Education professionals using Articulate Rise 360 and Moodle Workplace.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging, accessible online courses based on SME content and adult learning principles
- Manage the iPD course catalog, ensuring content accuracy, organization, and compliance with educational standards
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define learning objectives and validate course content, while conducting quality assurance testing for accessibility and functionality
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Educational Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of ten years of relevant professional experience in instructional design
- Hands-on experience developing courses in Articulate Rise 360 and using Moodle or similar LMS
- Proficiency in creating accessible, self-paced online learning tailored for adult learners
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
