Instructional Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a PMO Instructional Developer.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging written materials and interactive learning solutions
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and review content
• Develop and maintain learning content within the Learning Management System (LMS)

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 4+ years' work experience with a Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Graphic Design, Education, or a related field
• Proficiency in virtual training delivery tools such as Articulate and Camtasia
• Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design concepts
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Experience with LMS maintenance and optimization
