Instructional Development Manager

Job Summary

Leading the design and development of high-quality course content, the full-time remote Instructional Development Manager will manage course initiatives, collaborate with faculty and stakeholders, and integrate emerging educational technologies, including Generative AI, into curriculum design.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and revision of courses across various delivery formats
• Manage course development projects, including timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication
• Collaborate with faculty and external partners to align course content with educational standards and institutional quality

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of two years of higher education experience, preferably in online or adult learning environments
• At least three years of instructional design or curriculum development experience
• Experience incorporating educational technologies into teaching and learning
• Familiarity with Generative AI tools and their implications for instructional design is highly desirable
