Job Summary
Supporting the design and development of K-16 STEMM curriculum, the full-time Instructional Learning Designer will create engaging, classroom-ready learning experiences based on authentic research, collaborating with various stakeholders in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design and refine inquiry-driven K-16 STEMM curriculum and instructional materials aligned to academic standards
- Collaborate with researchers and educators to translate complex biomedical research into engaging learning experiences
- Develop interactive digital learning modules and multimedia assets using instructional design tools
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, STEM Education, Curriculum and Instruction, or a related field
- Three years of professional experience in instructional design or curriculum development
- Demonstrated experience in designing and developing instructional materials from concept to implementation
- Experience with instructional design and multimedia development tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Portfolio showcasing relevant work samples in curriculum development or multimedia learning experiences
