Instructional Production Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the eLearning Design and Innovation Group, the full-time remote Instructional Production Specialist will manage course maintenance tasks, conduct quality reviews of online content, and ensure compliance with accessibility standards while leveraging generative AI to enhance workflows.

Key responsibilities:

• Complete course maintenance tasks and conduct quality reviews of online course content
• Ensure adherence to accessibility standards and configure third-party tools for course delivery systems
• Utilize generative AI tools to improve processes and streamline workflows

Required qualifications:

• Associate Degree with 4+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience for Senior Support role
• General Equivalency Diploma (GED) or High School diploma with 2+ years of relevant experience for Intermediate Support role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
• Demonstrated knowledge of ADA compliance laws and accessibility considerations for online learning
• Proficiency with Canvas and supporting tools is strongly desired
