Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Program Manager - Online Programs (Consultant) in Portugal.

Key Responsibilities

• Support distributed instructional teams to deliver high-quality online instruction aligned with program standards
• Monitor live and asynchronous classes to ensure instructional quality and student engagement
• Coordinate operational aspects of program delivery, including staffing, scheduling, and instructional continuity

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field; Master's strongly preferred
• 3-5+ years managing instructional teams or online programs; classroom-only experience is insufficient
• Proven experience leading multi-team or multi-program online learning initiatives
• Proficiency with educational technology platforms for program oversight and data analysis
• Ability to work remotely during local daytime hours that correspond to U.S. Eastern Time evenings and nights
