Instructional Specialist for Educators

Job Summary

To develop and deliver professional development courses for educators, the part-time Instructional Specialist for Educators will create non-credit online training programs for the Spring and Fall of 2026, facilitating peer-to-peer interactions and providing feedback using the Canvas LMS.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and facilitate non-credit courses for the Professional Development for Educators unit
• Participate in training and meetings to maintain and teach technologies in OSU's learning management system
• Promote experiential learning and success for students from varied backgrounds

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a closely related field
• Demonstrated ability to design and teach courses that support inclusive learning principles
• Experience teaching, training, or developing curriculum in the course content area
