Key Responsibilities

• Collaborates with subject matter experts and stakeholders to design and create training products
• Develops instructional strategies and materials for various delivery methods, ensuring compliance with guidelines
• Researches data sources and assists in the design of technology-based learning solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or related field
• Minimum of two years of related experience or a combination of education and experience
• Experience with eLearning design and development, including adult learning theory
• Familiarity with ADDIE model for course design and development
• Working knowledge of Adobe Captivate and other instructional design tools
