Instructional Systems Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Systems Designer to create and implement effective learning programs and materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to design and create training products
• Develop instructional approaches and materials for various delivery methods, ensuring compliance with standards
• Research data sources for instructional material development and assist in creating technology-based learning solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or related field
• Minimum of two years of related experience in eLearning design and adult learning theory
• Experience with ADDIE methodology for course design and development
• Working knowledge of Adobe Captivate and other instructional design tools
• Prior US Navy or other US Military experience is preferred
