Instructional Systems Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional System Designer II who will create and implement effective learning programs and materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborates with subject matter experts and stakeholders to design and create training products
• Assists in developing instructional strategies and ensures compliance with design standards
• Creates engaging training materials for various delivery methods and evaluates instructional effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or related field
• 2-4 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience with eLearning design and development, including advanced interactive media elements
• Familiarity with ADDIE model for course design and development
• Working knowledge of Adobe Captivate and other presentation tools
