Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Systems Designer III to create and implement effective learning programs and materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborates with subject matter experts and stakeholders to design and create training products
• Develops instructional strategies and materials for various delivery methods, ensuring compliance with guidelines
• Researches data sources for instructional material and assists in the design of technology-based learning solutions

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or a related field
• 4-6 years of related experience or a combination of education and experience
• Experience with eLearning design and development and adult learning theory
• Working knowledge of Adobe Captivate and experience with ADDIE for course design
• Familiarity with Agile teams and process management tools like Jira
