Instructional Systems Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Systems Designer.

Key Responsibilities

• Leverage instructional design principles to prepare curricula and design documents according to project specifications
• Prepare storyboards and outlines for content development in alignment with industry standards
• Conduct formative and summative evaluations, including pilot studies, and revise materials based on feedback

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in instructional design
• Minimum of two years' experience using the Instructional Systems Development (ISD) process
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Suites, and computer graphics programs
• Compliance with a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and successful background vetting
• CPR/First Aid certification
