Instructional Systems Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Systems Designer II to create and implement effective learning programs and materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to design and create training products
• Develop instructional strategies and materials for various delivery methods, ensuring compliance with guidelines
• Research and identify data sources for instructional material development and assist in creating technology-based learning solutions

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or a related field with a minimum of three years of experience
• 2+ years of experience in eLearning design and adult learning theory
• Experience with courseware development for military organizations is preferred
• Familiarity with Adobe Captivate and the ADDIE model for course design
• Experience in Agile teams and with process management tools like Jira
