Instructional Systems Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Systems Designer to support learning asset development and training delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver training products through digital learning and in-person environments
• Conduct analyses to identify training needs and collaborate with management on solutions
• Develop and convert content into asynchronous learning experiences for adult learners

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field; Master's Degree in Instructional Design preferred
• 5-8 years of experience in instructional systems design and adult learning methodology
• Experience with DART, Composica, and Articulate 360
• Must be experienced with 508 Compliance
• Experience with gamification and DoW is preferred
